As a customer service representative, Ich worked in 3 different departments ranging from banking to the breakdown service
I worked for two different Regions, DACH and UK&IE in my native languages German and English
When E10 fuel was brought to market, we suddenly had more than 10x the average customer requests for months!, because our customers were worried of destroying their motor with the wrong fuel and wanted and official confirmation from Mercedes on which fuel was permitted for their vehicle.
Fun fact, during that period, Mercedes-Benz was just starting to digitalise its customer service options. Not only were we helping customers with their percieved issues, many customers needed help navigating their internet device and the internet itself
Essentially, we were the home IT support for many Mercedes-Benz owners.
As an Airbnb (and other platforms) host, I had the responsability for every step of the customer journey, making it as frictionless and enjoyable for the guest and host.
My guests visited from every corner of the world and from every continent.
